    Don’t know if I will return at this point. I ordered food to go and a simple order crab Rangoon, hot n sour soup (which of course is already made) and cashew chicken. No one was at the front register To help me and the place was not that busy maybe 4 tables with one server Who did not even acknowledge my presence until I asked her about Mike to go order. She finally ran my card and it took another 10 minutes for me to get my food and total from the time I called in the order to get the order it was over 30 minutes which to me is absolutely ridiculous for Chinese food that is prepared in a very speedy and quick manner normally. Not sure if they were just short staffed today or what the issue was but lack of acknowledgment and lack of professional customer service has definitely made me not want to go back There are too many other great places for Chinese food in Omaha for me to give my money to a place that has service like that. It has definitely gone downhill since I first started going to this place.

    I will start by saying that I very rarely complain as I do work in customer service also and know what it is like to have to cater to many clientele. This place came recommended for their dim sum and so we tried it. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant in Omaha. We waited for two hours and finally left after paying for only what was brought out because we still had not received our full order. It was a terrible experience to say the least. There were plenty of upset customers and no rectification or explanation from the people working. If we could have given negative stars it may have been more accurate.

    We wanted dim sum specifically and Grand Fortune was one of the few restaurants we could find in Omaha offering it. My husband and I went for lunch and asked for the dim sum menu. Everything was extremely easy to order and the quality was fantastic. Our server was quick and hospitable. We ordered nine plates and ate almost everything. Have a little patience when ordering dim sum, most if not all of the other customers were ordering off the regular lunch menu and got their food quickly. I expect it takes a bit more care for each individual dim sum plate.

    Great people and place is clean. Their pork buns and egg custard bun are the best.
